We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead and shape the product roadmap for our B2C business, focusing on personal financial products. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset who can consolidate and align requirements from stakeholders with the company’s overall strategy and technology vision.

As the Product Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to drive product development, ensuring that our solutions deliver maximum value to our customers. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Communication teams, ensuring seamless product alignment with business objectives. HubSpot and Salesforce expertise will be a significant asset in this role.

What You’ll be Doing:
  • Own the Product Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the
    product roadmap for Symple Lending’s B2C financial solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between key stakeholders and the development team to capture and refine requirements.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all product development aligns with company goals, technology vision, and market demands.
  • HubSpot; Salesforce Management: Leverage your experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, to drive product success.
  • Agile Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product features are delivered on time, in scope, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Market Research: Continuously monitor the competitive landscape, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Communication teams to deliver customer-centric solutions that drive growth.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics to inform product decisions, optimize features, and measure the success of product initiatives.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate product progress, changes, and new developments to stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, preferably in a B2C financial services environment.
  • Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing product roadmaps and aligning product strategy with business goals.
  • Platform Knowledge: HubSpot and Salesforce product management experience required.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a startup environment with a fast-paced, iterative approach to product development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills in consolidating requirements from various stakeholders and aligning them to company strategy.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong familiarity with marketing, sales, and communication platforms.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using data analytics to drive product decisions.
This hybrid role is based in Tampa, Florida, and requires the candidate to be on-site part-time or willing to relocate.
