About the Role
We are hiring a hands-on engineering leader to own and scale our Marketing Technology stack and lead generation systems.
This role sits at the center of our digital acquisition engine, with direct ownership over lead ingestion, attribution, and ad platform integrations. You will lead a small team while remaining deeply involved in system design, data flows, and performance optimization.
Your work will directly impact conversion tracking, signal quality, and cost efficiency across paid media channels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team of engineers while remaining hands-on in system design and development
- Own end-to-end lead ingestion, routing, enrichment, and attribution systems
- Build and optimize integrations with:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Other ad platforms and conversion APIs
- Improve:
- Conversion tracking accuracy
- Signal quality for optimization
- Cost per lead (CPL) and acquisition performance
- Ensure data consistency across:
- CRM
- CDP
- Ad platforms
- Design and scale event-driven systems in AWS
- Drive CI/CD, system reliability, and performance monitoring
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve marketing infrastructure
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands-on engineering background (Node.js, APIs, AWS)
- Experience working with:
- MarTech / digital acquisition systems
- Ad platform integrations and conversion APIs
- Attribution and tracking systems
- Experience partnering closely with growth and performance marketing teams
- Strong understanding of data flow across marketing systems
- Prior experience leading or mentoring engineers
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
