We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue, and foster strong client relationships.

What You'll Do:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve departmental solutions revenue targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Training and Development: Coach and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department.
  • Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Empathy and understanding in dealing with clients facing financial challenges.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies.
What You'll Bring:
  • Excellent verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
  • Must have debt settlement experience. (3+ years minimum).
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience is required.
