As we continue to expand, we are looking for a skilled HubSpot Developer to help optimize our HubSpot platform to drive growth and operational efficiency.


Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HubSpot Developer to play a critical role in customizing and optimizing our HubSpot environment to support key business functions, including marketing, sales, and customer service. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams to build solutions that enhance customer engagement, improve lead management, and streamline workflows.
As the HubSpot Developer, you will be responsible for developing custom HubSpot solutions, creating and refining workflows, integrating third-party tools, and ensuring the platform is fully leveraged to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • HubSpot Customization: Develop and implement custom solutions within HubSpot to support marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Automation & Workflows: Design, build, and optimize workflows and automation processes within HubSpot to improve operational efficiency and lead nurturing.
  • Third-Party Integrations: Integrate HubSpot with other tools and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Platform Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize the performance of HubSpot, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for HubSpot users across the organization.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to ensure HubSpot is aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Training & Documentation: Provide training and support to end-users, creating documentation to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Developer or similar role, with a deep understanding of the HubSpot platform.
  • Customization Expertise: Strong experience in customizing HubSpot, including workflows, templates, modules, and custom objects.
  • Integration Skills: Hands-on experience with HubSpot API integrations and connecting HubSpot to third-party tools.
  • Marketing Automation: Proven track record of creating and optimizing automated marketing campaigns and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they apply to HubSpot.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
  • Data & Reporting: Experience building custom reports, dashboards, and data views within HubSpot.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • HubSpot Certifications: HubSpot Developer certification is a plus.
  • CRM Experience: Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems in conjunction with HubSpot.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
