Role

The Client Success Manager (CSM) at Symple Lending ensures our clients achieve maximum value from
our lending solutions while supporting daily operations by managing administrative tasks and ensuring
the timely and accurate processing of applications. This role focuses on client satisfaction, retention,
and growth, bridging the gap between sales and service to support revenue expansion.

What You'll be Doing: 
  • Create efficiencies by implementing clear workflows that promote structure. Serve as the Manager of
  • the Enrollment Specialist team who are responsible for the below tasks.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries via Slack chat to address issues raised by the
  • sales team.
  • Assist with converting files and ensure successful document delivery by communicating
  • with current and potential clients via phone, SMS, and email communication.
  • Provide customer service via chat and phone to resolve problems related to phones, files,
  • or backend systems
  • Coordinate with IT, affiliates, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions to ensure seamless
  • communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with sales agents to identify recurring issues and recommend process
  • improvements.
  • Ensure all support requests are handled professionally, promptly, and with a customer-first
  • attitude.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in client success, debt settlement, account management, or sales
  • within financial services or lending.
  • Understanding of consumer finance, lending, debt relief, or payment processing workflows.
  • Strong data literacy experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI dashboards to track
  • performance metrics, conversion rates, and sales pipeline activity.
  • Knowledge of lending products, credit processes, and financial services industry trends.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to coach and mentor sales support teams.
