We are seeking a versatile SMS/Email Channel Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and optimizing our SMS and email marketing efforts. This hybrid role is based in Tampa, Florida, and requires the candidate to be on-site part-time or willing to relocate.

As an SMS/Email Channel Manager, you will drive the development, implementation, and optimization of our SMS and email marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in crafting personalized and effective communication strategies that enhance customer engagement and boost conversion rates. This role is a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and analytics, requiring a candidate who can manage both channels seamlessly.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Develop and execute integrated SMS and email marketing campaigns aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Craft compelling and personalized messages that drive customer engagement, including segmentation, targeting, and testing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, customer support, and design, to ensure campaigns are cohesive and support broader marketing initiatives.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation and maximum ROI.
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and GDPR, to ensure ethical and legal marketing practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SMS and email marketing.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SMS and/or email marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Twilio) and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  •  Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is highly desirable.
  •  Knowledge of customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and journey mapping.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements for SMS and email marketing.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly articulate campaign strategies and performance insights.
Location Requirement: This is a hybrid position, and the candidate must be based in Tampa, Florida, or willing to relocate.
