🔥 What You’ll Be Doing:
Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume roles
Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
Lead and support company Open Houses / hiring events across FL, CA & ID
Conduct high-volume phone screens and interviews
Partner closely with sales leadership to build high-performing teams
Maintain ATS accuracy, pipelines, and hiring metrics
Continuously improve hiring processes for speed and quality
💼 What You’ll Bring:
3–5+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (sales/call center preferred)
Proven ability to juggle multiple roles and deliver quality hires
Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
ATS & CRM experience
Excellent communication, organization, and business acumen
Ability to work independently and adapt fast

Experience recruiting for phone sales, call centers, tax, debt settlement, mortgage, or high-volume sales teams
Knowledge of sales KPIs and performance metrics
Open to 5–10% travel
